HERE'S HOW
1. Go to the Chamber Website at
2. On the home page, click the box entitled "Member Entrance" which will take you to the Member Dashboard.
3. On the Member Dashboard page, scroll down until you find the icon entitled "Member Assistance Request", which is pictured at the top of this email, and click on it to be directed to the form.
4. Complete the Member Assistance Request form and submit.
THAT'S IT!
