As small

CAROLYN SELLERS
As a clinically trained social worker and a Fellow in the The University of Chicago Contextual Behavior Therapy Program, I have experience and training working with clients with a broad spectrum of concerns. My specialties include working with clients on navigating relationship challenges, workplace stress, career transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, marital concerns, parenting challenges, codependency, and issues with self-esteem.
STEVE THORPE
My approach to therapy is to create a safe space where you can explore and heal the difficult and painful issues that are showing up in your life. Together we will move beyond problem-solving into releasing the mistaken beliefs and unexpressed emotions hiding behind your symptoms. My body-centered and somatic approach allows me to work directly with your nervous system to address symptoms like anxiety, racing thoughts, and irrational fears as well as
feeling stuck, depressed, and unavailable and unresponsive to life and relationships.
NEIL HANSEN
As a CTA Certified Life Coach and meditation teacher I help people look into the story at the center of the problem that is causing stress and anxiety. Breaking down the aspects of our story and removing things that we have made assumptions on we come to an easier place to navigate what remains, which is the sensation of stress within the body. When we are stressed and our mind is involved with stories we limit our internal resources to find solutions that serve
everyone involved, often making limited decisions based on an individualistic-based survival program. Pulling back the veil that clouds our vision we are led to seeing the bigger picture and operating from a more powerful place that resonates more with our true nature.
