The second round of the Business Interruption Grant (BIG) program will be accepting applicants on September 17.
Funding is approximately $200 million, with $60 million to heavily impacted industries, including: event spaces, music venues, performing arts venues, indoor recreation, amusement parks, movie theaters, museums and charter/shuttle busses.
Grants are awarded on a rolling bases and are eligible to all businesses (for profit and nonprofit) with $20 million or less in annual revenue in 2019 that have experienced losses due to COVID-19.
The grant size is equivalent to two months of expenses and DCEO will be hosting a series of webinars regarding the program.
