There are potentially two separate events with opportunities for business participation on October 30th, 2021.

1. The Annual Halloween Walk for kids to trick-or-treat at our local businesses is scheduled for October 30, 2021 from 11am - 2pm. This event is approved and good to go.

2. The second potential event, pending Village permit approval, is the Witches Ride that is planned by local Clarendon Hills Moms, and is scheduled to be held October 30th. Participating moms will dress as witches and ride their bikes on a predesignated route, doing a loop north of the tracks and a loop south of the tracks, throwing candy to children as they pass by. Their ride is scheduled to be from 4pm to 5pm.

• After the ride, the Chamber has been asked to partner with the Witches Ride Moms to throw an After Party in downtown Clarendon Hills south of the tracks from 5pm - 7pm so the moms may socialize after their ride.

The band Cirrus Falcon has been booked to play in the Triangle for both events. The West side only of Prospect next to the triangle will be blocked off for both events. Booths will be available in the downtown business district South of the tracks for businesses to participate that are not located in that area for both events.
