- October 30th Halloween Events: The Annual Halloween Walk downtown CH trick or treat 11am-2pm AND The Witches Ride After Party 5pm-7pm are Saturday, Oct 30th! Booths are available for businesses not located in the downtown business district south of the tracks that want to participate.
