This week, there will be a crucial Zoning Board hearing regarding the property located at 104 Walker Ave, the swampy wooded lot on the corner of Park and Walker Avenues. The proposed rezoning of this property aims to develop it into a mixed-use building, a decision that could bring significant
opportunities for our downtown and the business community.
The way Clarendon Hills grows and evolves directly affects our businesses. ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS/PLAN COMMISSION MEETING
Public Notice is hereby given to all persons interested that the Village of Clarendon Hills Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on July 11, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Clarendon Hills Village Hall, 1 North Prospect Avenue, Clarendon Hills, Illinois, to consider the petition of
Holladay Property Services Midwest (hereinafter “Petitioner”), for certain relief items from the Clarendon Hills Zoning Ordinance for the following property:

PIN: 09-11-300-002, 09-10-407-030 being a vacant single-family residence and a vacant property both in the R-1 Single Family Residential District (“Subject Property”).
The Petitioner is
seeking a Planned Unit Development, Conditional Use Permit, Map Amendment/Rezoning from R-1 to B-2 and amending the Downtown Master Plan to Multi-Use Building with Street Level Commercial and any other relief necessary to develop the subject property as a mixed-use building.
This petition in its entirety is available for inspection at the Clarendon Hills Village Hall, 1 North Prospect Avenue, Clarendon Hills, Illinois. Individuals with a disability requiring reasonable
