Public Notice is hereby given to all persons interested that the Village of Clarendon Hills Plan Commission/Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on
July 11, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Clarendon Hills Village Hall, 1 North Prospect Avenue, Clarendon Hills, Illinois, to consider the petition of Holladay Property Services Midwest (hereinafter “Petitioner”), for certain relief items from the Clarendon Hills Zoning Ordinance for the following property:

PIN: 09-11-300-002, 09-10-407-030 being a vacant single-family
residence and a vacant property both in the R-1 Single Family Residential District (“Subject Property”).
The Petitioner is seeking a Planned Unit Development, Conditional Use Permit, Map Amendment/Rezoning from R-1 to B-2 and amending the Downtown Master Plan to Multi-Use Building with Street Level Commercial and any other relief necessary to develop the subject property as a mixed-use building.
This petition in its entirety is available for inspection at
the Clarendon Hills Village Hall, 1 North Prospect Avenue, Clarendon Hills, Illinois.
