The Clarendon Hills Chamber of Commerce Board supports the growth and enhancement of our downtown and supports the proposed development of Parkside Place at 104 Walker Avenue. This project with condos, boutique hotel rooms, retail, and co-working space aligns with our mission to promote commerce, foster community vitality, and strengthen the long-term prosperity of Clarendon Hills.

The Clarendon Hills Chamber Board of Directors welcomes feedback from our members regarding the proposed 104 Walker project. Please note that the Village of Clarendon Hills Board of Trustees will vote on the proposed development at their regular meeting on Monday, September 15, at 6:30 p.m. The Chamber encourages our members to stay engaged with our community and with the governing bodies that influence the growth and strength of our local business environment.
